I live in the North part of Columbus, OH and have had great experiences with the Sawmill Road location, but have now repeatedly awful trips to the Graceland location on High St..
A few weeks ago, I went in and stood a few feet from the counter and the staff member at the counter never even looked up, refused to make eye contact with the many customers who were also waiting.
