Very disappointed. I order a Philly Cheese steak and the Old School last night for my games. My old school had very, very little cheese. I ordered it because of how cheesy it should have been. Customer Service was great though and speed of service as well. I did not contact the store because they would have been trying to close for the evening. Philly was also good!!Update:I went back today and MUST I SAY EXCELLENT.:

Decent place for what it is. Time Management was horrible hence the 4 stars I waiting for about 15 mins for my food at the drive thru window. The cashier was very nice and sweet that's the only reason they got 4 stars because of her. The food was OK but again it's a fast casual food place so that is too be expected.

Fresh made food. I get the philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms, extra onion and green pepper for a better meat to veggie ratio and of course extra cheese. The French fries are phenomenal too, always fresh and hot made to order. There's a wait, but well worth it. My boys get the chicken California.
Let's talk about the morse rd location in columbus. ( north linden) The employee's are rude! Don't listen when you are ordering. If I say I want a order of fries and another order of the bacon cheese fries...I shouldn't be asked again one order of fries? (Twice) Then I get my order of bacon cheese fries and there is barely any bacon and a small amount of cheese! I should get what I paid for.DO BETTER
It’s TOO EXPENSIVE!! I bought 2 meals 1 small and one large so we paid close to $35.00. When I opened the box and seen those 10 fries I went back in and he said that’s. How they come. My husband said we’re never going back!! Literally 10 fries because I counted them and that’s included the tiny and broken fries. They barely put meat on the sandwich and all I taste is bread so I just took half the topping and put them on the other side to make a half of a small sandwich.

First off there is No place online to edit my order of wings to all flats, but when I get to the store now I find out that there is an up charge on the wings I bought PLUS the "free" wings. Won't be back for awhile, food is not that good. To much misleading and confusion with the app upgrades.. Enjoy though! I'll be at PENN STATION??
Noemi was very helpful and kind. I ordered the wrong sandwich due to my lack of paying attention. Noemi was polite in correcting me and refunded my payment, and placed the updated order. Great service!
