I’ve been twice and ordered the fish lunch special both times. The first time, no complaints. However, today I ordered online and arrived in time to pick up my order. They boxed it after I arrived and when I got home (4 min drive), my food was barely lukewarm. I called and all they could offer was an apology (as well as assurance that the food was made not long ago).
