The chicken salad here is so incredibly delicious that it's hard to put into words, you can really tell how fresh it is. Unfortunately, the way they pack the meals needs improvement. The broccoli salad juice seeped under my chicken salad croissant so I ended up having an open-faced, upside-down sandwich. While the flavor was still okay, it was not what I was looking for because I really wanted the whole sandwich intact. I love the food, but I hope they find a better way to...

First visit and the cashier did not make suggestions. I order 2 scoops and was almost $15. As I was waiting, I realized I could have ordered the 1 scoop meal, replacing side with a scoop for about $10.
As a cashier, I would have suggested to the customer the more affordable option.

I always get the salad with the Dixie Chick scoop. Love the added bonus of a good pickle and frosted sugar cookie. The staff are clearly struggling, through no fault of their own. I order online and still wait 20+ minutes for one salad pickup. They are always hustling and very kind, so I think this is a line setup inefficiency issue that could help them if revamped. Will still go because it's really delicious and the staff are great.
