Staff was attentive and friendly. They had a long line but they were efficient and they worked together easy. If you like Chipotle this is one of the best.Parking: There's a lot of places to park but close to here is limited. Lunch rush on a busy day your probably going to have to walk 20 minutes or wait

The entire restaurant smells of cigarette / cheap cigar smoke, it’s nauseating. In addition my vegetarian wife’s side of queso came with a complimentary piece of steak at the bottom. Overall it just seems like they aren’t trying. I’d recommend visiting a different location.

I placed my order at 8:30 on the app for delivery and after that moment it was ridiculous . The tracking app kept updating my order later and later and changing the status of what was happening (order received to picking up back to received to driver waiting on order back to received) then my driver was changed FIVE TIMES , the time kept pushing back and I tried to use stupid pepper 3x and was told it couldn’t help me ? Only to call the local store number and get a robot on the phone telling me to use pepper? Are you serious? There was no way for me to talk to a damn person and figure out if I should get something else to eat or not and now it’s 10pm and my order was straight cancelled. The sad part is this is not the first time I have had order issues like this with this store ! I have had orders canceled on me never show up or not have even been received when I go to get them! And don’t even get me started about the lazy staff in there moving at a snails pace to help anyone and I’mNice every time but - NEVER AGAIN!

Food is fine it's chipotle and can't really mess that up,but I would never use the app ordering from this location I usually use the app at all chipotles but this one is the only one I have had problems with 3 times now. You get the notification your order is ready and show up to find they never started it and you watch person after person walk in the door and get their orders made and leave before you even though you had ordered 15-20 minutes before they even showed up. Maybe that's how this location operates so not really on the staff I just would not use the mobile order from this location.
