Like other people mention, this location is constantly an understaffed, slow mess. Catering orders are a priority, while they have no online ordering available, and 1 person working the line from start to finish, including cashier. They “didn’t have time” to make any cilantro lime sauce, so couldn’t get that. The girl was kind and doing her best, so I feel for her. Seems like management trying to skimp on paying hours, or simply not paying enough to keep staff.
Sarah the Manager handled a disgruntled customer professionally and perfect. I am very impressed by the way they handled themselves and their ability to stay calm during the situation. The food and employees were also excellent and took care of everything
