On a holiday weekend they were out of condiments and forks. The manager gave a non-chalant answer. The management attitudes here are one major reason why their scores are so low. It begins with them. The staff were loud and disturbing customers.
I love chipotle so not too much complaints but I had ordered a salad and didn't get alot of lettuce in there. Maybe it's because I has rice? But my first time in years even trying the salad option. Still ate it and it was amazing as per usual.
Tables were a bit dirty but that's not to blame, the food was amazing. I think I caught them on a good day, or maybe sawmill road Is just a good location. I saw them cleaning off the food counters witch I've never witnessed before so I'm happy to see that. The guy that took our order was very nice.
