Nice and hot!
Its not very clean and understaffed.
Corporate seems to be trying to fix this location. Chicken and sides appears to be standardized for the better. Dining area is much better compared to a week ago and mobile order fufillled before I arrived. Large improvement since last week.

KFC Sawmill offers a mix of excellent and disappointing experiences. However, inconsistency is still a problem, with some orders being incorrect and food quality varying greatly. Staffing issues can lead to waits, and the drive-thru doesn't open until 10:30 am. Despite this, some staff members, including the manager Elsa, are friendly and accommodating, making the experience better. The store is also noted to be spotless, and the food can be "really good."
