They are short on staff so expect to wait. They also don’t open the drive thru till 10:30 so don’t be too early. The lady at the drive thru is always so nice! The food is really good too!
Every time I come here. They screw up my order in some way. I ordered the three piece chicken, and I got two pieces of chicken. They where out of original recipe. The biscuit was hard like a brick. There soda is the worst everytime I go there it's terrible. Why can't I order a dinner without soda here? This is the first time I have been to KFC in a year because of the terrible service always

The cashier had a great voice and she seemed to understand what I was telling her for my order, but when I got my food I was proven wrong. I asked for the Chicken Sandwich Big Meal with KFC sauce and nuggets. I pulled up and paid without her saying anything else except the price of the meal. Once I received everything, I pull away and taste my drink (Dr. Pepper) and it tasted stale. Okay, fine. That happens, what about the rest of the meal?
