I love 5 bucks for country fried steak meal on Wednesday. Best deal ever
Clarification for my review below: my complaints are not with the lady who is doing her best as she is usually the only person I see working there. My complaint is with the owner or higher up who has overextended themselves into not being able to manage this location and hire enough people, therefore making this lady’s job harder as a result. The only way my complaint is at her is if she is the owner lol.

KFC Sawmill offers a mix of excellent and disappointing experiences. The food can be "amazing," especially the incredibly crispy and mouth-watering fried chicken. However, inconsistency is still a problem, with some orders being incorrect and food quality varying greatly. Staffing issues can lead to waits, and the drive-thru doesn't open until 10:30 am. Despite this, some staff members, including the manager Elsa, are friendly and accommodating, making the experience better. The store is also noted to be spotless, and the food can be "really good."
