Had an excellent experience today at Charley’s due to Glen. He came around while we were eating and thanked us for coming in. He checked to make sure everything was good, hot and to our liking. How often does that happen at a fast casual place?! Super impressed. Took off 2 stars for atmosphere bc the bathroom isn’t in great shape and smells. Kinda puts you off.
I stopped in (with my hubby) for a quick bite and was impressed by the food and service. This fast food establishment is clean and staffed with courteous and efficient workers. The philly cheese steak sandwich I had was very appetizing to look at, served hot, and was delicious!

Service was friendly and quick. My steak was overly salty but otherwise tasty. I've known this location for a number of years, and the decor is looking dated and worn. Time for a refresh.
