Count your days Chipotle. I ordered a burrito and it was smaller than my fist, basically gave me slightly bigger taco. Why is it when you order online that the food shrinks and yet still charge you full price. Also ordered chips, taste like they were made yesterday. What a shame.

Salsa has so much salt on it, that it is in edible. Chips are stale. I ordered three tacos and traveled down the street to my hotel room, and they are cold….ice cold. Very disappointing.

New update : been coming here every so often. Yesterday got a bowl w rice and chicken . The brown rice was so hard it made us not want to even try finishing our bowl. Ordered double chicken and tasted like burnt chicken. If I could give 0 stars I would . Where the hell is the quality anymore ?** 4 years ago **Good food. good service. Would come back to this location. I havent been going to Chipotle for awhile since everytime I ate it I would have good ol Number 3. but not today.

The portions have gotten considerably smaller while the price has gone up. The are extremely stingy with the portion of rice. Don’t even give a heaping spoon anymore. I paid $18.76 for a bowl that looked half full. This will be my last time coming here. Greedflation in full effect at this place.
I ordered for a chicken bowl w/ guacamole, red sauce, lettuce, white rice and cheese as you see the sticker on the bowl. But it’s totally different bowl with steak and sour cream and so on. I’m super frustrated because my wife can’t eat beef due to her religion but she already ate and swallowed. After she realize the taste was weird and now she feels very sick.

The food was consistent and speedy, and the line was clean. The staff are very monotone and seem to just be getting through their shift. It would be nice to see customer service to have a more inviting feel.

I ordered two kid quesadillas, one chicken and one cheese. They just sent tortillas without cheese and chicken on the side. Not even an attempt to make the food. The constant forgetting chips and occasionally giving me other peoples orders I could forgive but this is just plain lazy.
