The food was consistent and speedy, and the line was clean. The staff are very monotone and seem to just be getting through their shift. It would be nice to see customer service to have a more inviting feel.
I have been coming to the same chipotle for over 4 years now and I usually never had a problem until recently. I don’t know who the cook is but they need lesson on how to cook rice. The past couple of months I have bought chipotle and the rice was under cooked. I can tell because a lot of the rice was hard. Y’all just gotta do better is all I’m gonna say. The portions have gotten considerably smaller while the price has gone up. The are extremely stingy with the portion of rice. Don’t even give a heaping spoon anymore. I paid $18.76 for a bowl that looked half full. This will be my last time coming here. Greedflation in full effect at this place.
