I completely refused to accept the burrito they made today that I ordered on the app. Now they have made it a nightmare to get a refund. Honestly, I’d rather eat the $12 than eat their food. The employees literally do not care at all.
Not only was every single employee, with the exception of the one who made our food, extremely unprofessional, but they closed 2 hours early because they "ran out of food" while we were ordering. The next customer who tried to walk in was turned away. Texting, yelling, ordering their own food, dancing, and turning away multiple customers were just a few of the ridiculous behaviors we witnessed. We will never be back to this location.
