I used to work at this Chipotle just before I had my son in 2008. I ate A LOT of Chipotle when I was pregnant. Guess what his favorite food is now? Yuuuup. Clintonville was our home store ever since. But it went way down hill a couple years ago… badly. The food quality, caliber of employees and cleanliness was disgusting. We stopped going there. But yesterday we tried again and it was back to its old quality, maybe better. Hats off to new management that saved my fav store.

If you order online and pick up, you don't get to see them make your food and they invariably will skimp on the meat and go heavy on the rice and beans. Order in restaurant. Food is consistent quality.

I rarely give bad reviews but after coming here a few times, my experience has always been meh. Rude customer service. They seem to alternate between not caring and being offended by any question you have raised. Somehow, most of the workers in this area are quite terrible though. The restaurant itself is constantly dirty, napkins were not stocked, and trash bins were completely full without any attempts to remedy. I understand it gets busy, but at that time, there wasn't anyone in line and just a few people on the tables. I like chipotle, but this location is just gross honestly.

One of my only places I eat more than one time is chipotle, my favorite.. I start a job of 8hrs daily, no day off near this location.. I would love a great meal before my shift. I don’t want it to be my last time here so please doble check rice quality, re make it if you have to because it looks like rice is a big problem here, under cook and food favor is low

They keep cutting down on the portion size. Most of the time when I order pickup through the app they give a half-empty bowl. Even their food used to be more fresh now it is mostly undercooked or overcooked. Disappointed in this Chipotle location.

I love chipolte and tend to eat there every week due to the amazing taste and low cost, however this week the food was incredibly bad. The rice was severely undercooked leaving a crunch with every bite. The worst part was when I almost choked on a sharp chicken bone the size of a quarter. I can't say I won't think about this experience next time I think about getting Chipolte.
