I ate for my first time on 9-6-2023 at Donatos OSU Campus at 2084 N. We took a group of 6 from Arizona, Toledo, and Dayton. Everyone loved the pizza, especially Founder's Favorite, and Big Don subs. The shop was comfortable for a sit-down and very bright and clean.

We are staying at the Ohio Expo Center. We were impressed when we ordered that the call center guy spoke clear English. Then we were impressed that the store location understood perfectly how/where to deliver it since 17th Ave. is closed. The pizza arrived within 30 minutes, it was hot & tasty. As a bonus they even sent plates and napkins. We were incredibly satisfied with our experience!!
