I've never been so unhappy with Donatos. (Broadway) First picture is boneless wings- hard as a rock, burnt & dry. Second picture is a large - half works half chicken mariachi- raw so raw that the pizza has no crispness or stability it just bends right in half. Third picture is a medium pepperoni- also raw very gummy.

The manger and the worker was very unprofessional, getting in a verbal argument with a customer. The pizza quality was awful.In my opinion both of them should lose there job.

Thought we would try your pizza again as we haven't had in a while. Very disappointed in what we received. Was not hot and not done. We're told delivery would be 25-30 minutes and waited over an hour for delivery. Will not be ordering in the future.

Donatos always has consistently good pizza. Customized orders are correct and beer selection for dine in is varied and broad. Service is very quick!

We are staying at the Ohio Expo Center. We were impressed when we ordered that the call center guy spoke clear English. Then we were impressed that the store location understood perfectly how/where to deliver it since 17th Ave. is closed. The pizza arrived within 30 minutes, it was hot & tasty. As a bonus they even sent plates and napkins. We were incredibly satisfied with our experience!!

I ate for my first time on 9-6-2023 at Donatos OSU Campus at 2084 N. High St. in the "University District" neighborhood of Columbus.I have ordered food hundreds of times from Donatos Upper Arlington [at 3000 Northwest Blvd.] so I know the Donatos menu quite well.My food choice on 9-6-2023 had been my favorite Donatos item: Big Don® Italian Sub with Sausage Crumbles [oven baked with shaved ham, sliced salami, smoked Provolone, family recipe sausage, banana peppers, freshly cut Roma tomatoes, lettuce, and house Italian dressing].I had ordered my Big Don® Italian Sub with Sausage Crumbles -- on-line -- while at home -- and then traveled to Donatos OSU Campus to pick up and eat my sandwich.I had expected that the Donatos website would ask me to confirm my one-time change in pickup location but that did not happen.If you are looking for delicious pizzas and subs, I recommend any of the many locations of Donatos.
We took a group of 6 from Arizona, Toledo, and Dayton. Everyone loved the pizza, especially Founder's Favorite, and Big Don subs. The shop was comfortable for a sit-down and very bright and clean.

Wish I could give 0 stars I am within walking distance and they refused to deliver my pizza after it was done supposed to be here. Then to top it off the manager was very rude and dismissive.
