This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Today was my breaking point. The white rice was so salty that I had to spit it out and rinse my mouth. It was as if they poured a cup of salt onto just my serving of rice alone. Additionally, the corn salsa was completely frozen. Instead of a splash of flavor every bite, it was a splash of icy corn. Lastly, they were out of chicken and steak. How does that happen?! Unbelievable that they were giving online orders the fresh chicken instead of in-person customers. Never going to this chipotle ever again.

They don’t put the mobile orders out to be picked up. What’s the point in doing a mobile order if they’re going to work through the whole line before asking my name. The employees are fine. This is a policy issue.

Having to order “double chicken” just to get a full sized portion is crazy! Not even a full spoonful on the first scoop! Ridiculous.

So I got a chicken bowl and I asked the person behind the counter for a couple of extra pieces of chicken because he didn't even put a spoonful of it in here after three or four extra pieces of chicken I got charged for extra serving of meat when I didn't get a regular serving size of meat to begin with have tried to call the store and continue to get the voicemail unable to actually talk to a human in the store

Made me wait 20 minutes to pick up an order (order was made in front of me), then told they could not hand it to me because they gave it to someone else without checking to see if it went to the right person, they then proceeded to tell me off for them messing up their jobs....

Spent $200. Asked if the drink was in the sealed box and was told yes. It was an empty cup, I was unaware I needed to remove the stickers from the box and make the drink. It wouldn’t have been a problem if I had been told that. No one answered the phone and the automated system is a massive waste of time and frustrating. Still without the drink, can’t go back because I’m working and it’s a pain in the butt to park where this restaurant is located. A couple of my employees orders were incorrectly prepared even though it was inputed correctly.

In ordered 2 burritos on GrubHub and expected them to be small but they were the thickest, girthiest, juiciest, amazing burritos. The driver handed the bag to me and it felt like a bag full of rocks. Highly recommend this store great staff thank you for the girthy

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst in the world. I have never seen any Chipotle store as stingy as this one. I ordered a bowl, and I paid extra dollars for both rice and meet, but the food can not even make the bowl full. This has happens in this store for thousands of times! If you expected to find a meal, stay away from this one.
I prefer the Chipotle Mexican Grill 3090 Kingsdale Center, Columbus, OH 43221.The only reason why I purchased food at this location was because it was close to my house. That's doordash for you. The queso tastes a whole lot better at the Chipotle Kingsdale center. The employees at this location are better than the one at Kingsdale. But the food's better at Kingsdale it's a dilemma.

Placed an online order for a steak burrito… despite this, the staff forgot to actually prepare my order. This wouldn’t have been a big deal. But since there is literally zero parking, and what parking does exist is paid and buried in a garage… just a horrible experience. Avoid.
