The Chipotle near Ohio State's campus is known for its consistent quality, especially for Ohio State students. Customers who order online and pick up their food may not get the same quality as those who order in the restaurant, as the staff may skimp on the meat and add more rice and beans. The restaurant has gone through some changes, with a period of decline in food quality, employee caliber, and cleanliness, but it has since been restored to its previous high standards under new management.
