Having ordered here a few times now, I'm relatively sure they're training employees wrong on purpose. My sandwich customizations are never honored, they're insanely stingy about toppings, and they apparently can't tell the difference between cookie flavors (a big problem for allergies). Jimmy John's is solid everywhere I've been, including down the road, but this one is terrible.
Stopped in for a quick lunch and had a great experience. My order was fresh, made quickly, and exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
A special shoutout to Meech for the awesome customer service. They were friendly, efficient, and had a great attitude that made the visit even better. Definitely one of the better Jimmy John’s experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back!
