Female nighttime manager black lady would not give me her name was rude as heck was just in there around 12:05 AM was being very difficult and not helping me at all with any other questions that I was axing her and being very rude ask for a refund and left this is a horrible Jimmy John’s to visit and a horrible experience I hope the company reaches out to me because this is crazy I am a loyal customer to Jimmy John’s I’ve been coming to Jimmy John’s for years spending a lot of money with this company and for this just happen is nonsense she also collected money with gloves on and also started to prepare my food with the gloves all that she collect the money with I had to tell her to change her gloves out she was already touching the bread and making my food until I told her to change out her gloves someone who works in food should know the status of food safety concern definitely will be calling the health department in Regina concern to them how many other people’s food has she done that too.

Their food sucks. Their service blows. I didn't know you could get a topping of rude on your sub for free whether you want it or not. The ambiance is just bland, like their food. Garbage company with garbage franchises. Make your own subs; they'll be better and cheaper. The founder of this crap, who no longer owns it, is a piece of crap as well. Jimmy John's is freaky crappy.

This location should be closed. They never answer their phone. And DoorDash should also be blamed, as there is no recourse through DoorDash if any problems arise. It’s been an hour, the status still says my sandwich is being prepared, and I have no way to cancel my order or be refunded. This is fraud.

Do not order delivery from this location. You could be down the street and it will take an hour or longer for them to get to you. Everytime I call I get told the same "oh they should be on their way to you next".. Order pickup or drive to a different location.

This location should be closed. There are consistent handmade signs on the door that say "Online orders only" and "Out for delivery".If they aren't busy enough to hire enough people to staff the night shift and OSU game days, they shouldn't be open. If this location was staffed well, they would make SO much money during football season. It's such an inconvenience to stop by, thinking I can order a sandwich at 6pm, or 9pm, or 12am, and the door is locked. I've ordered ahead, and there are 5 other customers waiting outside at a locked door to pick up their online order. Last time I ordered, I got one, ONE (1!!)slice of roast beef on my sandwich. My friend ordered an hour later and got 4/5 slices, and he was charged less!

Choose your location wisely!!! I love the food but somewhere along the lines during the pandemic, they lost their motto of freaky fast food and now it’s food that you may or may not get, whenever they want to bring it.

I placed an order for delivery from this location for lunch. After an hour of waiting the tracker still hadn't been updated to 'out for delivery'. I called the location and the phone rang endlessly with no one answering. I tried calling back an hour later, and the same happened. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION.
