This is the first time I tried this location. It’s pretty big. The outdoor seating is also great. We tried new honey chicken chipotle rice bowl. It was juicy tender. The hot sauce was also apt.

I had an issue with my online Order and the manager took care of me. A really nice guy family owned franchise will definitely come back. The owner came out and apologized for the problem, even though it was an online issue. Top-notch people running This franchise!
Walked in to the Kingsdale location on my way home from work. I ordered a bowl what I didn’t order with my bowl was a nasty attitude and a disrespectful manager. This manager named Maddie was super unprofessional. I know she was bilingual because I speak Spanish, but I was talking in English and she thought I didn’t speak Spanish. I heard the way she talk to me once I ordered my food and left. I know she called me really nasty names in Spanish my daughter’s friend works at this chipotle as well she’s told me things about this manager and how she treats her employees as well. I feel like y’all need to get on this manager because what she’s doing is unacceptable The first thing she’s doing is treating customers with terrible attitudes and bad mouthing us in Spanish. The second thing is my friend had an incident where she threatened to have her hours cut because she called off and was sick. I’m pretty sure you’re not allowed to go in to work when you’re sick no matter where you work this manager also threatens people to come in on their days off, has conversations with employees who aren’t scheduled and forces them to come into work even when they have enough people to do that shift (night shift) I also heard that she doesn’t do anything and she just sits around and has other people do all of her work for her when I was there last time I asked for corporate‘s number from an employee who was sitting at a table, I didn’t get her name, but she gave me the number I called corporate on someone named Amanda picked up. The phone she was also super disrespectful. Didn’t act like she knew what she was doing at all I don’t know what chipotle’s ideal worker or situation for employees is, but I know this isn’t it and I will say my friend is planning on quitting very soon because of what she’s doing to her and my daughters friend has made the store a better location and has been recognized a lot. If she quits I will no longer be coming to the store because I will in support of her decision and the way you treat your customers and your employees is beyond disgraceful, and you will lose a customer and an employee of these disrespectful women are not dealt with accordingly

Consistently fresh, fast, and flavorful. I always know what I’m getting at Chipotle, and that’s part of the appeal—reliable quality and customizable options. The ingredients taste fresh, the portions are generous, and the team keeps the line moving quickly even during busy times. I love being able to build my own bowl or burrito exactly how I like it. This location is clean, well-run, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Great spot for a quick lunch or dinner that doesn’t feel like fast food.

I went in to order my food as I usually do. I’m a traveling salesman and I eat chipotle everyday.
At this location as the worker was putting the ingredients into my bowl. An older Hispanic woman who I believe to be a manager, stopped the worker from putting the amount of cheese on my bowl that I requested. She made the employee put the cheese back.
Considering that I eat this food everyday and always from different locations. For me I’ve never experienced this. The manager lady wanted to charge me extra for a small amount of cheese. When I questioned as to why that was the case she got really rude and nasty with me. She then spoke to the worker in Spanish in a very rude tone.
It was easy to see that her team members are not a fan of her and clearly don’t enjoy working for her.
I considered this to be very unprofessional and a terrible customer experience. Very out of the norm.
They seem to be going back to becoming stingy on the amount of ingredients they are willing to put in the bowl.
When you’re paying almost $15 for a meal that’s crazy.
Kid’s sizes for adult prices…
You pay a lot, get very little. Also, they are still learning how to wrap a burrito. Wish I knew this before I wore white.

Opens at 10:45 at 11:15 twelve people lined up at the door. Chipotle unlocked the door and announced that they are not serving customers and are only doing online orders. They also had the mobile ordering app turned off at this location. Trash cans outside on patio overflowing,, spilling and blowing onto the ground. Still were not serviing after 11:30

There was once a time where I expected great things from Chipotle. Unfortunately those days are gone. This specific location’s employees acted annoyed with me that I came in a full hour before closing and kept making faces at each other when I was ordering. The burrito was pretty good but the Guac they gave me was literal chunks of avocado.
Are there any Chipotles in Columbus that don’t suck? Let me know

place sucks the portions are horrible asked for everything extra but got less than the normal portions at different locations don’t order from here

They have told me multiple times they have no vinaigrette when I can see it sitting in the fridge. Worst chipotle I've been to in awhile. Constantly a bad experience.
