They have told me multiple times they have no vinaigrette when I can see it sitting in the fridge. Worst chipotle I've been to in awhile. Constantly a bad experience.

Travel the extra miles to go to a different location.
Horrible portions, employees get an attitude when you ask for extra of something, lettuce and guacamole is brown, and always out of something at peak hours. Paid double for two half scoops of chicken. Very unfortunate this is the closest location to home for me, because I’m let down every time.

Ordered a quesadilla last night, got home and there was no quesadilla in the package. Also, ordered a brisket bowl and there was no meat in it (same night, same order, so two items were incorrect) 🤦♀️

We came here on Monday December 16th at 9:15pm and the doors were locked, but it says they close at 10pm. There were 5 people at the door wanting to come in but the 6 workers inside ignored us. Closing 45 minutes early is crazy.

Fast service, well cooked meat, nice location, lots of parking.
Normally great but oh my God it's winter and they do not turn on the heat. Everyone has heavy winter coats on while eating. From 5 stars to 1.
This isn't a one time thing they never turn on the heat.
Always out of at least one food item well before closing time. They should at least let customers know who order a salad that they don’t have the dressing before going through the entire order. Not many people want a salad without dressing.
