Employees at this location are not trained to process refunds, nor does the management has any foggiest idea of any basic customer service aspects. Instead of refunding me they actually placed an additional charge, and when I came back the next day to straighten this out, the manager refused to process a refund and told me to call their corporate office (unreal!), unless I bring a receipt for the original transaction, which actually had nothing to do with the overcharge I was trying to get back. I went home, dug in my trashcan and did find that receipt, and when I came back and slammed it against the counter, they finally refunded me, and acted like they did not really need that receipt. 'Nuff said..

The food was super fresh and delicious! I also loved how big the portions were, they don't skimp at all. Service was excellent, especially Alissa. She had such a powerful towel flick, really impressive. Really. Impressive. I will definitely be back for my Chipotle runs going forward.

ordered a sofritas bowl through app. order was cold (in the 4 minutes drive home) and had many random pieces of steak and was only filled about 1/3 of the bowl. I understand stuff happens, but I’m a vegetarian and that sort of carelessness sucks as a customer. had to continuously spit out pieces of steak which is disgusting my dudes. have a good day ✌️Vegetarian options: they have vegetarian options, if they made sure not to get meat in it

I've eaten well over 1000 burrito bowls. Obviously I love them. But this review is to out the Kingsdale location for cheating their customers on the portions served on take-out orders! This is the second time in a row, where I put in an order online, and after I get home, realize that they have given me about 1/3 of the normal portion size. Does the person putting together this order think is funny or something?? Does the management promote this?? Inexcusable!!

If you mobile order they will cheat you. We placed a mobile order. On the bowl, they just completely forgot the cheese. On the tacos, there was very little meat and way too much hot sauce. They skimped on meat on everything we ordered. For the price, it’s outrageous. There is no excuse.

I want to start by saying I never write reviews. I’ll get bad service or whatever and live but today I couldn’t let it go. Chipotle on Tremont is without a doubt the worst Chipotle location. I live in the UA area and would much rather pass this location and go to the bethel one then walk in there just to be disappointed and ripped off. Every time I’m in there I get the lousiest amount of food. It happened so often that I avoid this location. Today, I went against my method of avoiding this location and my friend picked up my order for me. When I got it, I was already disappointed just lifting it out of the bag. It had no weight to it whatsoever. Normally I can get three meals out of one bowl, but this location I get one meal. When I opened my lid, the guacamole I paid $2.60 extra for looked like it was scooped up with a baby spoon and placed on the top of my bowl. Finally this chipotle met my breaking point and I’m giving them a one star. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place needs some serious help before I think of ever returning. I highly recommend going to any other chipotle location. None will disappoint you more than this one.

Tractor beverage was on point. Highly recommend. The flavors are unique and super refreshing. Once you start, no going back. Stoked these guys are partners and we can get high quality, organic drinks with the burrito bowls. Aaand they give 5% back to farmers!

Upon dining today I found a small black bug in my burrito bowl. It was very small and had very tiny legs and a yellow spot. My husband went to let the manager know, to see if we could just get a new bowl. As I can understand that things happen, we were not yelling at the workers in any way. Simply asking for a new bowl, as I no longer wanted to eat lunch with a bug in it.The manager, Consuela insisted that it was in fact cilantro. She went so far as to pull out their cilantro to show us what it looked like. I am a cook and know what cilantro is. My husband then took out his phone flashlight to highlight the yellow spot on the bug (which cilantro does not have the last time I checked), and the small legs. She then proceeded to take a photo of the bug to zoom in and did not even focus her camera - so her photo was blurry - of course you wouldn't be able to make out it was a bug in that case. Absolutely insane. I had to laugh out loud at that point, at the completely absurd and incompetent way of handling the situation.How hard would it be to apologize and offer a new meal to a customer? They are lucky that we did not come at them yelling and making a big deal to begin with - we were very understanding and just pointing out that there was in fact a bug in the food. Most people would be horrified by that and make a huge deal.Instead the manager continued to berate us angrily and refuse that we were correct in that it was a bug and only wanted to argue. The way she spoke to us was as if we were idiots and insane to think it was a bug. I have never been spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully as a customer. She refused to offer any assistance and should absolutely not be a manager at a chipotle. As she refused to resolve the problem and instead intimidated customers. How she got to a management position is beyond me. But with her interpersonal skills I am sure she will never move forward from being a fast food worker.Do not go to this Chipotle, or any really as no one is being helpful in resolving this matter. It should not pass any health inspection and is run by incompetent, ignorant employees. If you enjoy bugs in your food though and managers yelling at you, then this is the spot for you.
