Well, avoid one line for another and have the cashier stare at you like you're an alien when you ask for a cup...
And then get harangued by a guy standing outside the shop and yelling something unintelligible.
Undertrained staff can’t even wrap a burrito ?? I’ve gotten to the point where I order my burrito in the bowl and wrap it myself. Super embarrassing for a company that has like 5 items one of which being a burrito.
