This place is one of the worst Chipotle I have been to. First, the lines were unnecessary out the door. The whole crew from the kitchen staff to the Manger all had nasty attitudes. They would ask for your order just to turn around and talk to coworkers. The Manager will slam your food around, and give you things you didn't ask for. The atmosphere is toxic as soon as you walk in. I left the bowl and bad energy there with them.

Just avoid this location at all cost, the management team doesn't understand how to properly stock for the store so it's consistently out of items. The staff is never friendly or efficient so you end up waiting forever to find out in a rude manner they don't have much to offer...do better, have pride in something other than your self proclaimed sexual orientation.

Today I went to buy a bowl of chicken. They treated me very poorly. I asked him to add a little more chicken because it was very little, he didn't put the correct portion and he answered me rudely. And he told me, well, if he wants more, I'll charge him more. I think it's not the attitude of a person, customer service is not the first time. They've been there several times and my coworkers say the same thing. I don't know why those types of people haven't changed.

Came to eat here with a group of friends , they were a little short staffed , lady with long eyeliner and a braid down her back was very rude , she had a very bad attitude , she threw my bowl down because she accidentally put beans in it. We then walked out because we did not feel comfortable with her making our food and she stuck her tounge out at us.

Do not order at this Chipotle. Granted they were busy when I got there but the employees didn't speak English and starting throwing stuff on whether I wanted it or not!The rice was undercooked and hard the whole meal was cold.They were really speedy but almost too speedy! The negative reviews here are all accurate.
Past few times I've come here they've been out of multiple toppings and you don't find out until you've already starting orderingBig

Me and my 2 daughters come in several times a week. Tonight was an experience that deserves someone to hear! Usually the staff aren’t friendly, on their phones and not customer focused! Tonight, TY was the difference! He set the tone and the vibe- customer focused while building the team up! Waiting for steak tonight wasn’t an issue - I enjoyed waiting 6 minutes while watching Ty interact with customers and team members! Please add him to more evening shifts! Even the young men behind me were talking about how great his customer service was! 10/10 tonight and that’s even waiting for food to be prepped!

Order 4 meals. One burrito, one bowl and two kids meals. My kids cheese quesadilla came with two tortillas with no cheese. The sticker on the top even said quesadilla and rice. My bowl had a large chunk of onion and 1 bell pepper as the fajitas, undercooked rice and I had to shred the barbacoa myself. And I found the stem of a leaf in the guac which I sure is from chopping something but they were careless enough when making it that they put the stem with it. Just poor quality for the price. Do better, service people better quality for how much prices have raised at places.
