My food was delious and it was BOGO.
Paid for double chicken, extra cheese.and sour cream. None of which I got. Had to order online, and I dont like doing that bc the bowls are half the size they should be.

Chipotle Mexican Grill can be a hit or miss. While some visits may be marred by poor communication among team members, mixed-up orders, and cleanliness issues, others can be exceptional. Friendly staff can make a huge difference, providing excellent customer service and setting a positive tone. However, the restaurant can get extremely busy, leading to sold-out menu items and short-staffed situations. The music can also be obnoxiously loud, making it hard to have conversations. While some staff members may not show enthusiasm, there are still those who provide a good experience. Despite the challenges, the apologetic staff do their best to make up for it.
