What is going on with the mobile pick up orders? Third time in a row it's been 20+ minutes past the scheduled pick up time, and my orders keep getting mixed up. I feel so bad for the door dash/Uber eats folks, it's always just a line of them waiting now. It's always the same person on the mobile pick up line and I feel like she never has any help. I rarely write reviews but I need someone to fix this bc this is my go to Chipotle. Please ðŸ˜

I typically like this chipotle but this trip the staff was so rude and acted like they had a stick up their a**. I watched multiple guests shaking their head as they left the register. Horrible service!

This place was amazing just hours before we went to a different location. The one on sawmill and it was terrible. I already left a review there, but this one is amazing. My sister and my dad had gone there and they were so polite and even asked my dad if he would like to try a piece of steak to see if he would want it on his bowl. They were generous with their amounts and nice and overall Amazing stuff keep it up! Also, my sister has celiac disease so she cannot eat gluten and he had prior made my mom‘s quesadilla so then he changed his clothes. He washed his hands for almost 2 minutes, making sure everything was clean. He changed out everything and cleaned up the whole surface encounter just to make sure my sister wouldn’t have got cross contaminated. This is amazing work.

The employees, hmmmm, no customer service skills, none whatsoever. The way the guy was using the spoon to put the rice in the bowl it was like he was playing in the rice. The chicken fell on the counter he picked it up and tossed it in my bowl WTH! I asked for guacamole on the side and I was charged for it. I purchased chips and queso and the queso container was half full Never me to return

Workers act like they don’t wanna be there while they signed up to work there so either do your job or find something better but we know you can’t so you working at chipotle so do better.
