Today i got 2 bowls (rice and chicken) and she gave me very little chicken then what i normally get and she gave me a small amount of rice!!! Unacceptable. She was also very disrespectful. I told her thats not enough chicken, she got defensive and said she cant put more because they were "running low" and i said thats not my problem! They have to respect the customers and their wishes. Not coming to this chipotle ever again!!!

I went in to pick up my online lunch order and had to wait because some new girl was doing the orders. She didn't have it ready, apologized, and went to get the manager. He was very condescending towards her. He also had his hands in his pants which made me question the food I was getting. I love the food here but I'm not sure I want to come back if this is the way things are ran.

My experience at this is horrible. I don’t come in there and bother anyone but today was my last straw. Someone should call corporate on this place. Today the general manager came out the store to press me about ice. Now at first it was okay but when the security guard came told him I took a drink which I did not. I feel harassed I feel discriminates against as I was the only black person whom he approached just for getting ice this is ridiculous and if someone does do something about it quick I will be calling corporate everyday until someone hears my concern and apologies to me for the discrimination

Don't eat here, go somewhere else to eat. Tried time and time again and am sick of getting less than what i paid for. Most recently i ordered a bowl online and ordered double of everything which a couple years back would mean that if would be borderline overflowing with food, but when i open my bowl to eat it looks like about a regular portion of food instead of the double everything i ordered.
