I am always on the lookout for good vegetarian options. The salad was good and the avocado dressing was tasty.
The price included a choice of greens and four additions. There is an additional charge for any proteins or extra ingredients. So with the included four ingredients plus one addition, some tofu, my salad was $13.48. It was a good salad but I think nearly $14 for a salad is a lot, or more if you add other ingredients.

I recently visited your Lane Avenue location and wanted to share some feedback. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. The lettuce in my salad was brown and didn’t appear fresh, and the dressing was watery and lacked flavor. These issues made the meal feel rushed and below the quality I expected.
I’m sharing this in hopes it helps improve future customer experiences. I’d love to give Chop5 another try if the quality improves.
I asked for the Brussel salad and was told they didn't have Brussels. No big deal. But apparently I was taking too long to decide on something else and was being rushed to make another choice. No biggie again. But it wasn't like I was holding up a line. There was literally no one behind me. While going down the line, I noticed about 3lbs of Brussels on a prep table. All they had to do was chop them but I guess that was too much to ask. Not to mention there was a clear plastic drinking cup with juice in sitting right next to the Brussels on the prep table. Very unsanitary. The counter was dirty and I noticed foods being dropped into other foods when making bowls. Cross contamination is very real and can be very dangerous. I work in Public Health and I've been ServSafe certified for 25 years. Needless to say I will not return to this place. It was my 1st and last time.

Super sad by the menu change. There was no Greek salad but the manager Payton was so accommodating to make it happen. I also went to get a rice bowl and noticed the rice was changed. Personally it tasted very bland and miss the old rice. I then went to order veggie medley and realized they got rid of that too:( very difficult ordering experience ordering because of all of the confusion on my end with all the menu changes.

Helpful, nice staff. Order ready for pickup on time. When I’ve had questions or trouble applying a promotion online the staff is able to help me when I get to the restaurant. Nice sized portions. Normally have about 1/3rd of bowl leftover that I’ll add stuff to the next day to make another salad! The Italian sandwich is delicious. Also great with rewarding customers w coupons and promotional codes. I order 2-4 times per month.
