Amazing Venezuelan dishes....civeche, arepas , steak....sauces to die for ...great mojitos
Food was very good, we got 2 arepas recommended by our server, Alex and they were great. As was the tostones appetizer. It was very filling. Decor was very cute and Alex was a wonderful server.
As always, food was good and service excellent. They are very accommodating even for large numbers of people.
Amazing food and service! We decided to try out Cilantro off of a google search and taking a chance on a new place and boy was it worth it! The best authentic Latin American food in Columbus that we’ve tried. We got the yuca fries, vegan arepas, ceviche, Venezuelan pabellion. The service and vibes were spot on! Of note, I’m vegetarian and they were able to customize things on the menu happily!
Went a tuesday after around 6 months of not eating venezuelan food and was very excited, my heart was craving some empanadas, so I ordered 1 cheese empanada and a shredded beef empanada which is 12$ for both (high price for what it is if you ask me) for a 6 dollar empanada I would expect a good size and portion but no, they where almost empty and skinny. Tequeños were very good but same thing too small for the price, then I ordered an arepa, on tuesdays they have 10$ for all arepas which I think is an awesome deal.
Server was friendly and very attentive, empanadas and tequeños were a miss, but I will definitely come back for the arepas. In the end I spent 55$ for two appetizers, the arepa and a soda so it is pricey.
The food was delicious and our waiter was incredibly kind, nice, took time to explain dishes. We will definitely eat here again when back up in Columbus
La atención fue única, mis hijas disfrutaron de la comida al máximo y también les encantó el ambiente musical, Alexandra es muy amable y con mucha carisma, hizo de nuestro domingo familiar un recuerdo hermoso.
Portions of food for the price pay is small. They've change quality and quantity of food. Not as previous times. Even the mojito was smaller. Not going back
I can't say enough good things about Cilantro Latin Fusion in the Carriage Place shopping center off of Sawmill and Bethel. Today, I had the Vegan Arepa. That's a grilled Masa corn cake filled with a sauteed King Oyster Mushroom, Tostones (fried sweet Plantains) and Avocado slices. I also had a side order of Black Beans. Everything was delicious! Subtly seasoned and great on their own, but the complementary Cilantro and Hot sauces were great for adding even more spice, and some heat. $17.00, including the side of beans.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cilantro for Valentine's Day, and it was such a fantastic experience! This place really stands out with its unique Latin fusion cooking—it's as authentic as Venezuelan food gets, fresh and absolutely delicious. Unlike many other Latin fusion spots, this one doesn't just serve a Mexican take; it offers something truly different. The decor was lovely—understated yet elegant and warm, creating a perfect atmosphere for the evening. The live music really added to the ambiance, making it feel even more special. I loved how they decorated for Valentine's with single roses hanging from the ceiling among the green wall decor; it was such a nice touch! For our dinner, we enjoyed a special five-course tasting menu paired with a tropical cocktail, all at a surprisingly reasonable price—definitely a welcome change from the pretense of other top chef-inspired places. A big shout-out to our charming waitress, Alexandra, who was fantastic at explaining each course and checking in on us throughout the night. Overall, Cilantro made for a truly magical Valentine's dinner. I highly recommend it!

Great food, great customer service and friendly environment. They accommodated 12 of us and we had a great experience. Food is delish!!
It was my first time trying arepas, and I found them delicious. The place was quiet with good music playing in the background. The service was outstanding (Camila). I highly recommend this place if you stop in Columbus, Ohio.
Wonderful restaurant with excellent food and drinks. We stopped after the Ohio State Michigan game and everything was just top-notch.
Food was delicious as well as the mojito's. Many had arepas and loved them. We also had empanadas which were very good as well. I had the Venezualan Pabellon which was delicious!. Will definitely go back to try other dishes.
I've gotten delivery from this place a few times, and each time, I order totally different things than the last time(s). I haven't repeated anything because everything has been SO GOOD and I want to try everything before I decide on favorites. Seriously, so good. I'm absolutely a fan.
