Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Pretty non assuming interior- lots of the chicken theme, but it goes with the name. Bagel was good, flavorful, good texture both inside and out. Lox was fresh and tasty. The give you plenty of lox and toppings. Super friendly staff. Street parking would be tight suing the week, but was fine mid-day on Saturday.

I thought it was completely gluten-free. At least you can get vegan options. The ultimate vegan breakfast, fake and bacon, vegan sausage, vegan BLT and Mediterranean veggie.

The food was good, but the lady at the register was definitely not customer friendly what so ever. It could have been a welcoming place but she totally ruined that, it’s unfortunate to see a potential good place ruined by unhappy people.

Not sure if this a reoccurring issue but there's a woman with glasses who claims to own the store who is extremely rude. I came with a group to get bagels and promote our business. Before anyone got to speak we were given notice that if we weren't buying bagels then we needed to leave. I could see if we came with the sole purpose of soliciting or distracting the business but we lined up to order and were still met with animosity. Customer service and hospitality are lacking extremely here.

These bagels seriously have no reason being this good. The bagel itself is amazing, and all the toppings just hit perfectly. The menu has tons of options without feeling overwhelming. If you go, get the Western Bagel — it’s hands down the best one. Easily my favorite bagel spot!

its decent food nothing special. used to love ordering delivery for a nice sunday in, but the past 3 times i have received completely different orders that they just hand the couriers. i even picked up an order instead of delivery and still they handed me the wrong order. highly recommend only going if you are ordering to eat there.

Have ordered here multiple times and each time my order is messed up. I have talked to other people that have had similar experience. Either the sandwiches are wrong or when I ordered delivery the service staff didn’t give the delivery driver the right order. Not worth it. There are other local bagel spots in Columbus that are better and get your order right.

I’ve had cocky’s twice now. Thought the first time was a fluke and they’d be better. Completely wrong order both times, not good. Not even close. No third try. Sad.

I somewhat frequent cockys because it’s so close to my job and I usually get it when I want a pick me up before going into work. Today I ordered on DoorDash the ultimate vegan bfast because I am extremely lactose intolerant (and if I have dairy, I have other problems that are amplified) and cannot have the regular bacon and sausage that comes on other bagels. To my surprise, when I opened it up, my VEGAN bagel had actual cheese on it instead of the vegan cheese that it’s supposed to come with. Considering I ordered it on DoorDash, I am currently dealing with their (lack of) customer service department to get my money back for the bagel I couldn’t even eat and had to throw away. However, this experience was disheartening regardless. I can completely understand a mistake, especially if it’s a dish that usually comes with regular cheese. But something named the ultimate vegan bfast to have real dairy cheese on it? What a joke.
