The waitress was excellent! The food was good but shrinkflation is real ! The portions was ridiculous , very small! We get to check out and I had a 20% off coupon the lady that was checking us out kept making excuses and would not take the coupon !! She never did take the coupon off! Probably won’t go back for awhile! Don’t send me a coupon if I can’t use Cracker Barrel!

Ordered on uber eats. Very disappointed and ordering food to work means you don’t have flexibility to try to fix your food so it is edible. Now I’m just out $60.
The strawberry french toast bake had zero strawberries, the ham was dry, scrambled eggs with cheddar jack cheese were hard and dried out, some of the bacon barely cooked, sausage was a hockey puck, the tots were super burnt, and no condiments were provided. No syrup for the French toast, no ranch for the tots, no biscuits for the gravy, no strawberries for the French toast, all things promised in the description on the menu. Uber eats doesn’t care. You can tell them and they say sorry about your luck. So I’m taking it to Google. Do better Cracker Barrel. You used to be an amazing place to eat.

We were seated right away. No wait. Our server was obviously new. He was very nice, I felt bad for him. Our food arrived and it clearly was not what we ordered.. we went through the order again. He tried again and we wound up with a ton of food. The young man boxed everything up and gave it to my husband to bring home. I still feel bad for him but I think he will learn quickly
Dietary restrictions: Always ask server about serving size, any concerns about seasoning, and if they do not know answer and they can ask in kitchen.
Parking: Plenty of parking, a lot of people don't use a parking spot to pick up orders and just pull up in front, this makes difficulty for others.
Wheelchair accessibility: The location that we utilize is fully handicap equipped. Parking lot has spaces with no curbing very smooth to sidewalk to front door. A lot of time there is an employee inside the entrance that will get the heavy front doors for you. It is also quite easy for greeter who seats you or your server to remove the chair from the table if you want to stay in your wheelchair.

It took an hout to be served. it felt like they raised a pig to cook ribs for us.
This is not the end of the story, we waited 20 minutes to get the check, when they brought the check they did not split it between us despite the fact that we asked for it.

I do not like the new menu. I was not able to find my favorite items and chose something I had not tried before. The waitress was great and the atmosphere will bring me back but I shudder to think what surprises I’ll find in the menu.

Where to start? The restaurant manager was awful. Many orders from the kitchen were wrong and/or barely warm, obviously sat in the window a while. The host was disrespectful multiple times and even was told to walk away by the manager. The poor server was over sat (as soon as she got there by the looks of it)and not given ANY support from her management. A second manager tried to insert herself into a conversation that did not involve her or her section of the establishment. The manager NEVER checked in with us, NEVER told our party of 10 what was going on with our checks. Surprisingly though the steak was cooked to the proper temp. that I credit to the cook/chef not the manager. On our way out we tipped the server directly and she looked as if she was near tears. I hope the management didn't take their lack of skill and preparation out on her.

To find out my father in law, among many others, were ignored here because he/they are black is disgusting. The woman going out of her way to not help people of color was apparently wearing glasses working the counter around 2:30 on 2/23/2025. This location, along with the abundance of racists need to do better, it’s 2025 not the 1800’s.

If I could leave a zero I would. You may want to make sure the person working the counter isn’t a racist. Sunday, Rome Hilliard location, 2:25pm the lady with the glasses at the front counter refused to wait on any person of color. Not surprising she waited on the couple carrying the rebel purse but a line of black people stood waiting for their to go’s and she wouldn’t acknowledge anyone nor go look for orders. My husband had to walk to the back of the restaurant to find someone who would help those of color in line. Our food was ready and just sitting in the back.
My wife and I were sat at a table, sat for 10 minutes and walked out not talked to once. Floors were dirty and made eye contact with several people but no one came to even get our drinks...
