The waitress Breana took my order to go , and was very polite , and wrote my order down right . The kitchen did a great job with my food , everything was there and delicious ?. The guy at the register got my waitress when I came in .Parking: Parking there are about 40 parking spots , and also about 5 curbside pickup parking spots . The parking lot is got a good amount of lighting , that lights up the parking lot . I do think they need to redo the parking lot pavement, and some of the small chuck holes, but other than that the parking lot is great.

Rachel was an excellent waitress. She kept refilling my husband’s sweet tea, and he can drink a lot.
We were seated immediately which was nice. Our order was taken pretty quickly which was great. However, our food was brought out and the hash brown casserole was so dry it was like eating bark. I didn't say anything because everything else seemed to be satisfactory. The servers had confusion about who was serving which area. It took them approximately 10 minutes to figure this out. We ordered more drinks. After 30 minutes of waiting for the drinks and our food getting cold. We had to walk up to the kitchen area and ask for our check. Our server told us that she was working the grill line. It was very disappointing that the food wasn't so great and that we were left unattended without drinks and it's difficult to consume potatoes and biscuits which are dry without something to drink. It's been a while since I've been a cracker barrel, however I don't think I'll be visiting again

Had been there for 2 years. So I was in Hilliard I decided to stop and get something to eat. The waitress is friendly and greeting and I gave her my order. When my order came I didn't get the loaded potato. I didn't say anything I just waited to see if maybe she had forgot to pick it up she had a handful when she delivered the plate. Baked potato never came and I was almost already done with my food. And ask for a refill on my tea which took her 15 minutes and then she didn't even put ice in my cup just poured it from a picture which was warm. She was a little busy. I myself was a waitress a restaurant manager and also had worked Olive garden which you have to be fast on your feet. So I kind of you know that off a little bit. But it didn't realize until I got home that I do believe I was overcharged cuz the meal was 1199 the baked potato was under five the tea was probably three and then I ordered a $5 one to go which doesn't total up to $30. And when I checked out the gentleman didn't give me the receipt so I don't have it.Parking: Cracker barrel in Hilliard has plenty of parking space and for handicap and for takeout. Huge lot which makes it nice.

Overall, I have been a fan of cracker barrel since I was a kid, but over the past 6 months every time we go to a cracker barrel there so much wait just to even be greatest by your server. And that hold true even till today. When approaching the host stand the host was not kind nor courteous and ask " is there something I can help you with" which we asked to check in for a table, and then she said " just one" and then quickly realized that the man next to me, my husband,was with me then grabbed another menu. We sat at our table for 17 minutes before even seeing our server we almost got up as we saw a table get up and leave that hadn't been helped either. At this point while I we wait for our food, we have still not had biscuits or muffins brought out, we have no cream for our coffee, our server has been missing since bringing our coffee out and there are two tables that haven't been greeted, it's been at least 10 minutes for each, and a manager is bussing a table. I sincerely do not know how absent someone's whose role is to be the lession between a kitchen and the table to make sure the dining experience is positive. We have received our food and it was burt and warm at best, didn't have our sides, it's just not worth the time to try and talk to someone. At checkout the woman was very kind, and she asked how things were and I let her know the jest and she said multiple guests have complained about the sever and she let her manager know there need to chat. I remember learning about the stars on the staffs uniforms and honestly, I don't even think those mean anything anymore with how bad the service has been across most locations lately.
