This is for the Crimson Coffee in the market place. Ordered iced americano and was extremely watered down. It’s not hard to make it, guessing they forgot another shot. Pretty sure they don’t know how to make it. Plus paying $5 is way

I've tried to give Crimson Cup several chances in the last year alone and it just never tastes right but today was the worst try yet. Working in a drive thru as a barista for a handful of years myself I understand how the process works and I just don't understand how disorganized this location is. I drank about 1/3 of my drink today before giving up because of how poorly it tasted and it took about 15-20 minutes to make me incredibly ill. I asked for an oatmilk latte (which is already overpriced) and I deeply believe that the beverage I got was someone else's coffee. As I sat in the drive thru for about 4.5 minutes waiting for my order I heard the staff arguing over no one handing out drinks and then they tried to hand me several other drinks before finding mine which had no label at all which makes me think it certainly wasn't correct (causing me to get sick). Try at your own risk.

Asked for a large cold brew with creamer. They just threw in a bit of coffee and creamer and topped up with tap water. Ended up tasting awful too.

While at a convention in Columbus, I stopped by here to get an iced coffee to start my day. The coffee was overpriced and was only alright. In general it was fine.

Friendly service, laid back tampa sphere, and (most importantly) amazing coffee... what else could you ask for? I have to stop at Crimson Cup every time I'm back in Columbus to get an espresso and/or Americano. They're espresso blend is incredible! Although my wife and I aren't generally big latté fans, we've also gotten some great lattes and specialty drinks from Crimson Cup.

For being $5.25 for an iced latte in a small cup, you would think it would taste super good. It doesn't. It tastes artificial, coffee flavor is gross, and the syrups they use are also disgusting.Menu says, iced or hot with pricing$4.25 for a regular size , 50 cents for it to be iced, and another 50 cents for it to be caramel flavored. So total $5.25!!! ALL places of business should have clear, accurate pricing listed so you know exactly what you have to pay for, for them to show up on the receipt after just leaves a nasty taste in your mouth.I also think for them saying they have an innovations lab and their flagship location at Easton.... they ought to have better tasting coffee, but it's always gross.Do better Crimson Cup, do better ? ?
Matt was in the drive thru taking my order, was very kind and respectful asked me how my day was and he was being genuine it didn’t seem like he was reading from a script I liked how he actually cared about his customer service attitude. He’s got it down! Give him a raise or promote him in my opinion. 5 stars for Matt! Excellent service man, much appreciated.

Nice ambiance inside. I ordered a pour over. It would have been a nice brew except the temperature was about 110 f. Not how coffee is done.
