Matt was in the drive thru taking my order, was very kind and respectful asked me how my day was and he was being genuine it didn’t seem like he was reading from a script I liked how he actually cared about his customer service attitude. He’s got it down! Give him a raise or promote him in my opinion. 5 stars for Matt! Excellent service man, much appreciated.
Hands down best frozen coffee--EVER!! Been coming here for years. Great customer service, staff is always friendly. They have the best coffee cake you've ever had in your life! They offer like 5 different kinds of oatmeal, perfect for a quick healthy morning snack! The blueberry oatmeal comes with fresh blueberries, delicious! They also have a black bean breakfast sandwich that is really good also, if you're looking for a more serious, more filling breakfast. 5 stars all day!...read full review

Friendly service, laid back tampa sphere, and (most importantly) amazing coffee... what else could you ask for? I have to stop at Crimson Cup every time I'm back in Columbus to get an espresso and/or Americano. They're espresso blend is incredible! Although my wife and I aren't generally big latté fans, we've also gotten some great lattes and specialty drinks from Crimson Cup.
