Matt was in the drive thru taking my order, was very kind and respectful asked me how my day was and he was being genuine it didn’t seem like he was reading from a script I liked how he actually cared about his customer service attitude. He’s got it down! Give him a raise or promote him in my opinion. 5 stars for Matt! Excellent service man, much appreciated.
I visited Crimson today for the first time and was very impressed with the Autumn Spiced latte. The taste was amazing and I love the modern decor of the cafe. My barista was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will most certainly be back!!
