We made a road trip pit stop at this Culver's in Columbus and were very impressed with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered the double deluxe burger and the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich. The burger was excellent—juicy and perfectly cooked. The fish sandwich was also very tasty, though I found the bun a little on the thick side. Overall, both dishes were delicious and satisfying. Given the great experience, we'd absolutely stop here again on our travels and try out some of the other menu items. Highly recommend.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I had ordered curb side order and had it picked up and dropped off at my house. The order came and was completely wrong. I had to leave my house and go up to the store to try and get it fixed. Mind you I’m pregnant and have a 6 month old at home and a six year old. I wasn’t trying to get them out in the freezing cold and snow. The manager on duty that night decided she wasn’t going to fix my food and was blaming me for being a door dasher and that I picked up the wrong order and apparently had me on video doing it. And called me a liar. When I was no where to be seen on camera. Let alone ever stepped foot in that store. The person that dropped my food off was a young man. I was simply a customer just wanting the correct food. Instead I was blamed for something I didn’t do and left with no food at all. I had gotten the supervisors number Dan. Gave him a call and he promised he was going to get me a refund and some coupons in the mail. Was suppose to be in contact with me the next day . Never did get back in touch with me. It doesn’t show you value your customers at all with failed promises. The picture below was the rude manager on duty that was giving me dirty looks and being so rude to me and blaming me. Instead of trying to fix the problem. Won’t ever go back to this location.

My wife had a butter burger and onion rings and said the burger was better than Five Guys. I had a cod dinner. The fish was good although a little greasy. My fries were cold. The cole slaw was fantastic. I have had their Frozen Custard and it is fantastic.
First time at this Culvers. We don't live in the area & we don't have any Culvers near us so we made it a point to find a Culvers on the way home. I redeemed my birthday custard coupon & was a little disappointed at how small it was. One little scoop. Wanted the pumpkin but they said that wasn't available for this coupon.
