I made a mistake on my online order (ordered my tots raunchy and forgot that means it will have real bacon on it) and I called and the guy who answered was so nice and not only remade my tots for me but offered to have vegan bacon bits added. I felt so taken care of and really appreciated his kindness even though I was the one who made the mistake ! Amazing customer service and delicious veggie dogs !!!
Located in an industrial store front on the west side of Huntley Road near the Schrock Road intersection. Not particularly well marked but accessible with parking. Can be a little intimidating during the evening rush hour. Glad to have a DF location in this area. Carry out only and offers most of the Dirty Frank offerings. Think food truck without the truck. Hours and days are pretty limited: 11 to 7, Wednesday to Saturday. Was craving a Chicago style dog and Dirty Franks version...
We came around noon on a Saturday. There was no wait and we got to order right away. We ordered a wiener box as a portion of the proceeds went to support StoneWall Columbus (April-June 2025). The person who took our order was really nice.
Chili cheese dog: there was def a lot of cheese. I would have preferred a little more chili to balance it out.
