About Donatos Dugout

Donatos Dugout is a place where volunteers worked with family and friends from 2010 to 2017. They helped out with whatever was needed and were grateful to Jim and Melinda for the opportunity. However, a customer had a frustrating experience trying to place an order at the Mill Run location. They were unknowingly connected to a call center outside the country, leading to a lengthy process and concerns about the security of their credit card information. Despite eventually being transferred to the actual store location, the customer vowed never to order from there again. Despite this negative experience, Donatos Dugout seems to hold a special place in the hearts of those who had the opportunity to volunteer there.

The size of their boneless wings are smaller than McDonalds chicken nuggets. Ridiculous! I feel that the amount of meat on the Big Don has decreased. They are very skimpy with the amount of toppings.

Our order for drive-thru has been wrong the last two times. Shorted us a sub and then no chicken on the salad we ordered. They didn't take the time to put it on our account so we wouldn't be charged again. Manager says they were too busy. Very inconvenient for my family member that didn't get their meal.
