met up with some friends at starbucks and hung out for a while. i got a caramel macchiato while my friends ordered a frappe and a java chip, and everyone seemed happy with their drinks. the place was pretty comfortable to sit in and catch up. nice spot when you just want coffee and good conversation.
I had a great experience at this location of Starbucks. The food and service were great and the atmosphere was relaxed. I'm sure I'll visit this place again, when I'm back in Columbus next time.
For a Starbucks in the city near the convention center, and lots of hotels this is one of the best I’ve been to! They are on time. Staff is friendly & orders are accurate.

Starbucks at this location serve coffee and food in ceramic cups and saucers, real classy and very European. Baristas are friendly and helpful, and you get a choice of light roast and other coffee. Service is always stellar, friendly and attentive staff who prioritize staffing and give great service even when there is an hour wait. The location has a nice outdoor dining area, charming outdoor seating, artfully expanded umbrellas and iron seating, and it is directly adjacent to Nationwide Arena. Parking no immediately adjacent; you need to park in a garage and then walk. Perfectly toasted ham and Swiss are. Access to cream. Bathrooms were locked the first visit but later open, hallway felt unsafe. Overall the outdoor area and consistent, friendly service make this Starbucks a clear reflection of superlative management.
