Food is always great. However the wait in the pick-up line is ridiculous. I don't know what they allow customers to do at the window but it should be for pick up only. There is no reason to wait 20 minutes for 3 cars. Give your info, get the food, even if they're placing an order it still makes no sense for the wait. No waiting at the window. Make them park.
The automatic recording For placing orders is ridiculous. It takes too long to place a order and then she repeats herself. Can we get back people answering the phones and taking orders because the answering machine is not doing it.
Food quality has dipped pizza needs light sauce and well done bake to even be similar to what it used to be and thats if the employees actually catch those special instructions I appreciate everyone who does
