We went a few weeks ago and they were out of a few things we wanted. We then tried to use our gift card and he said it didn’t work and took it upon himself to charge our card for the full amount instead of talking to us first.
Even when there's a line at this place, they seem to always get you taken care of quickly! You NEVER hear "I'm sorry but our ice cream machine is down!" So, it looks like Dairy Queen is where my granddaughter will get her next rewarded ice cream cone. Thank you DQ for never letting us down!Kid-friendliness: The kiddie cone is perfect for my 5 year old granddaughter. ?❤
