Living in Virginia, I make a point to eat Donatos every time I visit here.
I have never seen this type of service in my life. Absolutely horrible. We ordered a pizza and the wrong pizza delivered. Call the store and get hung up on because we wanted the right pizza. Every piece counts ? What about every pizza counts too? Get hung up on from a “manager”? No excuse Donatos. Someone step up and make this right.
Do not order delivery from this location. They are incapable of delivering the correct food, let alone delivering hot food. Unfortunately if our family wants to eat donatos again we will have to eat in, and at another location.
