Eakin road location is terrible! Literally every time I order I have to call to make sure my items are not forgotten and they STILL forget them and now they have this call center answering service so you can never actually get through to the store when you have a problem I just had to spend gas money AGAIN after paying a delivery fee to get items I am missing and they are the only location that delivers to my house!

My girlfriend bought us a sub from here for delivery about 3 weeks ago. Never got out food. We called them to ask where our food was at. They said they sent it through Grub Hub or Door Dash, can't remember which one. But anyway, they never called to inform us they didn't have a driver to deliver it and that they were sending it to us through a third party delivery service. Needless to say, we never got our food that night. The next day we contacted Donatos corporate office, after arguing back and forth with them, they told us they were going to give her a refund for the order. Guess what, we never got the refund. So basically Donatos stole $50 from us. So who's to say how many customers they have stolen money from.

They obviously be in there high or something because aint no way all my food is cold, old and wrong. Ordered a large pizza a sub and 10 wings. I received old pizza and two old sandwiches. Delivery driver walked away before i could even check my order and ignored my calls once i did. I called about 10 time before they finally answered the phone. They told me I had to come pick up the wings myself. Like how you messed up my order and don't fix it and refused to give me a refund.

Ordered some big don subs...they should rename them little dons because there was almost nothing on them. Took them back & before she even looked at them, she said they were made to specs. Then when I told her to look at them, she took them out opened them up nodding her head & proceeded to bring them back to me telling me they were made correctly like she expected me to just take them back..The last time I checked they had ham & salami, mine had about 4 slices of salami and 2 little slices of ham. Awful service, awful food. Will NEVER order from this dump again.

Ordered a pizza and bread sticks was told 45 min wait then ordered it's 831pm super late still no food I cancelled the order I'll never order from donatos pizza worst place to order from I'll never eat or order here I'll make sure I tell all my friends and family close this store asap.

Well the experience of ordering was terrible, but the food was great. Seems like the company outsourced for people to take phone orders because the guy who answered my callcould hardly understand me. He had a strong accent as well. Then He tells me he doesn’t have a way to “key in” my ”special” order!!! I said you can’t say half pepperoni on a regular individual cheese pizza?? He said no, so I had to ask for someone else. Then I finally get transferred to the local store, which is who I was trying to reach in the first place. The guy did not seem friendly at all, and seemed bothered that I called to place an order. He tells me it will be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 22 minutes only to be told, “we just put it in the oven”. So I waited a good 10 minutes longer before getting the individual pizza. This makes me never want to order again and it’s so sad that the service has gone downhill so bad. Awesome food, but terrible service :(

placed order order never came called aske to see what happen was told they did not have a driver so it was sent threw door dash then called back because door dash never came then was told that they were now closed my order would be out the next day because it was time stamped not sure what that means but this is the second time this has happened I then asked could I have the store mangers name and the person I was talking to her response was we do not give that information. she then said I need to call 1800 donatos there was nothing that could be done. still no food no information on who to talk to etc even offered to come in a pick it up she said ovens are off and that there was nothing she could do.
