Eakin road location is terrible! Literally every time I order I have to call to make sure my items are not forgotten and they STILL forget them and now they have this call center answering service so you can never actually get through to the store when you have a problem I just had to spend gas money AGAIN after paying a delivery fee to get items I am missing and they are the only location that delivers to my house!
My girlfriend bought us a sub from here for delivery about 3 weeks ago. Never got out food. We called them to ask where our food was at. They said they sent it through Grub Hub or Door Dash, can't remember which one. But anyway, they never called to inform us they didn't have a driver to deliver it and that they were sending it to us through a third party delivery service. Don't order delivery from this company. It's doordash. And they are charging you for it. The guy who came and delivered it smelled like human waist. It made me sick.......
