Great donatos and even better staff. They was nothing shy of great for my party order of 8 pizzas, salads, wings, and breadsticks. I will definitely continue to order from here, it was a great and smooth experience. And to top it off the food was GREAT!!!

Donatos Pizza offers a mixed dining experience. While the food is consistently praised as great, with delicious pizzas and subs, the service quality can vary significantly. Some customers have reported issues with the ordering process, such as difficulties communicating with staff and feeling that their requests were not properly accommodated. Others have experienced longer wait times at the drive-thru, sometimes sitting for 15 to 20 minutes without acknowledgment, which can be frustrating. Despite these issues, many customers have had positive experiences, noting that the employees are polite and friendly, and that orders are fulfilled as requested. One customer appreciated the assistance from Daisy in the call center, who helped ensure their pizza was made with extra bacon. Another praised Dimitri for outstanding service and respectful attitude, calling him the best employee at the location. The convenience of the drive-thru window is highlighted as a positive aspect. Overall, Donatos Pizza seems to provide a quality product, but the service quality can be inconsistent.
