Great food. But the number of times I have sat at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes without being acknowledged is occasionally infuriating. The last time I sat at the window for 15 minutes. I got annoyed and pulled into a parking spot, found the front door locked, and THEN they noticed the line at the drive thru window, forcing me to get to the back of a line of 3 cars.

I hate being sent to a call service instead of the store..
Call center people aren’t doing there job right I’d rather talk to the person making my food so I got transferred over to daisy in she helped me out in made sure they pulled my pizza in put the extra bacon on it like I wanted ..
