Absolutely do NOT recommend this location. Terrible service, and the staff clearly does not care about parents’ needs. They refuse to assist with the MyChart portal, which is supposed to help parents manage healthcare efficiently. Initially, they claimed they could send forms through MyChart (which I’ve successfully used before), yet now they say they can’t—completely contradicting previous experiences.
