In October, I went to Eddie Merlot’s for dinner the night before a business meeting the next day. It was a wonderful experience. My waiter was Jake. Do yourself a favor and if you go for dinner there ask if Jake is working. His service was incredible. He was always checking on me and making suggestions. My husband and I went for a birthday celebration and it was one of the most spectacular experiences I’ve ever had. Ryan, our server, was absolutely incredible and tended to our every need in a timely manner. Every bite of food I had from the bread, appetizer, entrees and sides, down to the dessert and their delicious drinks were more exceptional than I ever could have imagined. I particularly enjoy dining in the lounge, which offers a more intimate atmosphere and a diverse selection of specialty dishes. Since the establishment of lunch hours, my wife and I have developed a preference for leisurely lunches at Eddies.
