This was my first Ethiopian experience, they didn't disappoint. We've been back multiple times since. Food is well cooked and spiced. The injera bread was a unique experience, I really liked the sourdough-like flavor and soft, pancake-like feel. I've had the Awaze Tibs (Lamb) and Derek Tibs (Beef). Everything that I've tried has been phenomenal.If you haven't had Ethiopian food, and even if you have, Ibex is worth the try!
Staff is super friendly, food is always hot and delicious. Service is pretty quick too even despite the intensive cooking of the menu items. I've only ordered through Uber Eats but I'd definitely go in to give them a try if I ever get the chance

This is our crew at the Ibex. We stopped in here for a quick bite. My brother Mikie who is a vegetarian and I thought this would be fun. When we arrived the place looked closed.
