“First time for our family. Should’ve been all 5 stars but the inside was a little bit unkept, especially since the place was fully staffed and the inside traffic was light.
The sandwich choices were vast. 3 different sizes, up to a massive 12” that’s just too much to eat unless you’re famished. GREAT FOOD!
Lots of chips and different sauces available for your taste. Overall great experience.
I had the French Dip, large size. I ate it all, the second half just for sport lol.

“The food is always great at Firehouse. We love it. Customer service tonight was very lacking. No smiles. No thank you.
We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“

I was really impressed that they had cucumbers. Can't wait to try their soup.
Parking: Well it wasn't really busy when I went so I can't really say about that it was decent when I went.“

And they seem to always get something wrong on the order (my order is super basic)

“Firehouse Subs on Sawmill is a great place for subs! They have excellent customer service! When I entered the restaurant, all of the staff welcomed me. The gentleman who assisted me with my order was helpful, funny, and set me up with the loyalty program. Such a cool guy. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The food is top notch and well crafted. The subs are all great and hearty. I ordered the Firehouse Hero on wheat bread. Delicious! They slice them in two pieces and serve them with a pickle slice. You can tell the staff at this location enjoy their job and take it seriously.
