“I had a fantastic experience! From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. I wasn’t sure what to get. After getting several delicious suggestions, I went with the hook-and-ladder. The sub was phenomenal! I almost ate the box, no lie 😂. Larry the GM was interacting so well with his team. I could tell it is a really positive and fun working environment. The store was extremely clean. I would definitely return in the future.“
“Had the meatball sub and a bowl of potato soup. Everything was fantastic. They should sell the potato soup by the gallon. It was the best I have had in a very long time. Staff was very polite and fast on getting the food fixed and done correctly. Will be back especially for the potato soup.“

“The food is always great at Firehouse. We love it. Customer service tonight was very lacking. No smiles. No thank you.
We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“
“I had a good experience tonight with my family, we stopped in at 755ish and they had already begun nightly cleaning. I was greeted the moment I walked in. My family as well. We order 4 subs total. We all enjoyed our food greatly. The old gentleman mopping definitely made us smile too. Good review from me.“
