“We visit many Firehouse Subs locations (different cities/states). This one is very different. No one greets you when you walk in. They were out of half the things we actually wanted. They also did not offer military discount. One of the employees walked off while preparing someone’s order that had to go through the oven so the sandwiches got piled up and needed to be remade.

I will say that the young lady that was taking our order did try to offer us alternatives and an explanation of why things were no longer available. Also, the older woman that was there offered us something for the longer than normal wait time. We have not opened/tried our food yet.“

“Had the meatball sub and a bowl of potato soup. Everything was fantastic. They should sell the potato soup by the gallon. It was the best I have had in a very long time. Staff was very polite and fast on getting the food fixed and done correctly. Will be back especially for the potato soup.“

We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“

“I had a good experience tonight with my family, we stopped in at 755ish and they had already begun nightly cleaning. I was greeted the moment I walked in. My family as well. We order 4 subs total. We all enjoyed our food greatly. The old gentleman mopping definitely made us smile too. Good review from me.“
