The employees were friendly and fast taking our order and making our food. Food was good like I expect from Firehouse. The TV was a little loud but it wasn't the worst thing ever.

First - I am not an easy customer when I have not been to a restaurant before. 😉. Had a pick up order and then had to add to my order twice in store. Polite, quick service, good food.

It's difficult to even get the employees attention to order.
And they seem to always get something wrong on the order (my order is super basic)
I wish this wasn't the closest one to me, because I do like their food
