I understand at 4pm there may be a shift change but after standing at the pick up counter for about 3 minutes after every employee has met my eyes yet no one even says "someone will be right with you" as my burgers get cold on the shelf? On top of that they didn't read the bottom of the receipt so they had to make the fries after I got my bag. Just should be better...

I hadn't been to 5 guys in a few years. Listen...$18 for a fast food cheeseburger is comical. It's dumb. The Cajun fries were excellent as always, but the $18 cheeseburger "all the way" was mediocre. It honestly needs seasoning and flavor. It's likely my last 5 guys burger, TBH.
